The grapes are harvested by hand then pressed. The alcoholic fermantation takes place in steel vats. An ageing of 11 months in french oak barrels, including 20% new oak, without any stirring.
Rully is located in Côte Chalonnaise. The grapes come from a plot located in South-West of th evillage, above the famous plot "Les Pucelles" 1er Cru. Bordered by the forest, this plot is constantly fresh this is why it is one of the last to be harvested in Rully's appellation.
A gold colour with green hints. Very expressive on the nose, which is both fruity and floral. Straightfpward on entry to the palate and showing tropical fruit on the finish.
Grilled fish, poultry ad hard cheeses such as Comté.
